(b)(4).Field service specialist (fss) visited the account and optimized the amplifier and hence to correct energy errors.The fss mentioned that this system is a roll-in/roll-out something might have drifted during the transportation.All pertinent information available to abbott medical optics has been submitted.
 
Event Description
Energy setting error occurred when system was trying to beam steer after docking on the patient's eye.After energy wheel initialization customer was able to proceed but when the system was attempting to cut the sidecut system gave out same error again.Doctor was not able to proceed with that eye as there was no side cut and the treatment was aborted for that eye.No excimer was performed either on that eye.
