Event Description
It was reported that the patient's generator had flipped inside the pocket.Surgery was performed where the generator was secured back in place with a non-absorbable suture and the pocket was made smaller.Diagnostics results were reported to be ok.It was reported that during the initial implant surgery the surgeon secured the generator with a non-absorbable suture.The surgeon did not know the cause of the generator flipping inside the pocket.
