Event Description
Boston scientific received information that this right ventricular (rv) lead exhibited farfield oversensing of atrial activity resulting in an rvs/ventricular fibrillation (vf) pattern in additional to causing a lot of biv trigger pacing due to the rvs coming in early.The patient experienced stimulation.The lead was observed to be dislodged.Programming changes were made and the lead remains implanted and in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
