Event Description
Information was received from a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that the patient¿s therapy shut off 4 times by itself when the patient was traveling on (b)(6) 2017.The patient reported that they would turn the device on and they would feel pain in their leg.When the patient checked the ins status with the patient programmer, the therapy was shut off.It was reported that the battery was full at the time of the incident.A sudden return of symptoms was reported and the patient stated that they could not increase the stimulation because they could feel the stimulation and they did not like the sensation.The patient planned on having their ins and leads checked.No further complications are anticipated.
