The suture sleeve became detached during advancement of the lead through the left subclavian vein.The suture sleeve remains in the lung field with no attempt to remove it.The lead was implanted.Further information was requested by not received.
 
Event Description
There were no adverse consequences to the patient.The patient is stable.
