Event Description
The customer reported via phone call that they had sensor discrepancies.The sensor would say they had a blood glucose level of 116 mg/dl but their blood glucose level was 431 mg/dl.The customer stated they would call back for troubleshooting because they were driving.They did not mention any form of treatment for their high blood glucose.The device will not be returned for analysis.
