(b)(4).The customer was performing cleaning when this issue occurred.The field service representative (fsr) confirmed the reported issue.The cpg pump was not working for speeds 2 and 3, but would work on speed 1.The fsr installed new cpg relay board and completed testing.The unit operated to the manufacturer¿s specifications.During laboratory analysis, the product surveillance technician (pst) tested components on the board with a multimeter and found fuses f5 and f6 to be opened.If additional information becomes available on this complaint that would alter the facts and/or conclusion, a supplemental report will be filed accordingly.
