No patient information provided as no patient was involved in this concern.A medtronic representative was able to solve this issue via telephone.The site representative was guided to perform motion calibration.Calibration was successfully done and the system was restored to service.No parts were replaced.No parts were returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.Issue resolved via phone.
 
Event Description
A site representative, radiographic technologist (rt), reported that, while testing the imaging system, the system would not pass stand alone mode.It was rebooted several times without resolve.There was no patient present when this issue was identified.
