The customer reported that there were further issues with the rd sensors on the children's ward. The issues were reported as follows: slow pickup, inaccuracies (reading lower than they would expect). The change the senor and get a higher reading which they consider more accurate based on the clinical state of the patient. The general feeling is that the rd sensors are not as robust and are do not last as long as the lnop sensors that they used previously. No patient impact or consequences were reported.
