Manufacturer Narrative
No patient information provided as no patient was involved in this concern.A medtronic representative inspected the imaging system onsite and replaced the image acquisition system (ias) computer and the mobile view station (mvs) power board. The issue resolved.A full imaging system check-out was completed following part replacement and all tests passed.Full system functionality was confirmed and the system was returned to service. The suspect computer and power board were returned to the manufacturer for evaluation. The computer underwent function and performance testing, and visual/physical examination. The lan1 connector was broken and the hard disk drive (hdd) was corrupted. The software reload resolved the issue. The damage observed on the lan1 connector does not interfere with use.The returned power board was examined and it failed visual inspection. It was not possible to perform additional tests and confirm the reported issue due to the condition of component r1.Fuses f9 and f10 passed continuity testing.Fuses f11 and f12 were not returned.

Event Description
A medtronic representative reported that while outside of a procedure, the imaging system's pendant displayed "system initializing".The system was restarted and logged in, but the application is not launching on the image acquisition system (ias) computer. No patient was present when this issue was identified.
