Event Description
A medtronic representative reported that while outside of a procedure, the imaging system was not starting up.The pendent shows "system booting, please wait".After 1h the same message displayed.The site restarted the system and it boots up normally.There was no patient present when this issue was identified.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
A medtronic representative went to the site to test the equipment.The imaging system passed the system checkout and was found to be fully functional.The software investigation found that a probable cause was unable to be determined without further information since the behavior could not be replicated.
