Event Description
The customer reported that the ventilator shut down, while the device was in use on a patient.The patient had hypoxmia and had to be resuscitated to maintain oxygen level.The patient was placed on another oscillator.When the customer evaluated the device after the reported issue, fluid was noticed in the pressure line inside the oscillator, above the pressure transducer.
