Event Description
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead exhibited t-wave oversensing (twos) and small r-waves.The lead also had small cut in the superior vena cava (svc) coil connector that was successfully repaired with medical adhesive.The sensing portion of the lead was capped and replaced, the remainder of the lead is still in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
