Spacelabs has launched an investigation and will file a supplemental report when the investigation is completed.
 
Event Description
Spacelabs received a report that on (b)(6) 2018 the telemetry xhibit central monitor system became locked up.The xhibit rebooted itself, and telemetry monitoring resumed.No injury was reported as a result of this event.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
Spacelabs has reviewed the customer¿s system logs from the timeframe in question.Investigative findings indicated a large amount of system memory used.The issue was resolved when the xhibit was restarted.Memory issues for this customer have not been reported since this occurrence.This report is complete and this particular issue is considered to be closed.
