A us distributor reported that the patient had developed a rash under the back right electrode. The area was described as red, itchy, and having a burning sensation. It was also added that there was a strong smell coming from the electrode belt but it was not determined if the skin or the belt was the source of the smell. It was reported that there was no pus, bleeding, nor any fluid oozing. The patient's doctor prescribed triamcinolone and "hydroskin cream".Follow-up indicated that the rash had improved and that the patient was doing much better.
