It was reported that an asymptomatic patient¿s device lost the ability to transmit via remote transmission.The patient was brought into clinic for routine follow-up, the device could not be interrogated with rf telemetry and was able to be interrogated with inductive telemetry.Capture and sensing were normal.Upon review of session records, an internal error was noted on the rf portion of the device.No intervention has been done, the patient was scheduled for follow-up and will continue to be monitored.The patient was stable.
