The manufacturer¿s field service engineer (fse) confirmed the reported 1122 blower temperature high issue.The manufacturer¿s field service engineer (fse) replaced the defective blower to address the reported problem.The unit was checked overall, run in tested, cleaned and functionally tested and no abnormality was confirmed, back in service.The determination could not be made that the device failed to meet specifications.The device was not being used for treatment when the reported event occurred, and there is a relationship of the device to the reported problem part was not returned to fi.The root cause cannot be determined until the device is returned and investigated.

The customer reported 1122 blower temperature high.The customer reported no patient involvement.

Event date: (b)(6) 2018.Date reported: 27/aug/2018.Date received my manufacturer: 25/jul/2018.The blower assembly was returned for evaluation.The blower assembly passed all testing.A high blower temperature alarm (1122 error code) could not be duplicated.There were no faults found with the blower assembly.The cause of the event could not be determined.
