Event Description

It was reported that the insulin pump was exposed to moisture and the screen was difficult to read.Customer's blood glucose value was unknown.Insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Manufacturer Narrative

Device received with blank display due to moisture damaged lcd board during visual inspection.Unable to perform operating current test, unexpected restart error test, self test and displacement test due to blank display.
