Event Description
It was that the patient underwent an unknown procedure, approximately nine years ago, and mesh was implanted.The patient returned to the doctor, saying the mesh barrier had failed.When the doctor operated on the patient, the doctor noticed the mesh was stuck to the patient, like glue.No other information is known at this time.
