No patient information provided as no patient was involved in this concern.Udi and manufacture date not available for this instrument at time of filing.A medtronic representative went to the site to test the equipment.Testing revealed that the pendant started rotating after manipulation.The imaging system then passed the system checkout and was found to be fully functional.
 
Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that during a new install, the pendant on the image acquisition system (ias) wouldn't rotate.There was no patient present.
