Event Description
Information was received from a consumer via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for complex reg pain syndrome type i.It was reported that the patient turned stimulation off on (b)(6) before bed.On (b)(6) the stimulation remained off.The patient went to a store and noted after 3-4 minutes that the stimulation and turned on.The patient did not have the patient programmer with them and had to go home to get the patient programmer.It was confirmed that stimulation was comfortable but the patient was surprised that it came on.The issue was resolved at the time of the event and the consumer planned to contact a manufacturer representative if it occurred again.No further complications were reported.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the consumer.It was reported that the patient had problems with their previous ins stating it would not shut off or it would turn on when they least expected it like when they would go into a store or something.
