Event Description
It was reported that balloon catheter damaged other device.An emerge balloon catheter was advanced for kissing balloon procedure.However, the balloon was blocked in a non-bsc stent and dislodged the stent.The stent was taken out through the radial.There was a need to implant a synergy drug-eluting stent in the anterior interventricular artery.No further patient complications were reported.
