Event Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump alarmed compromised force sensor system.It was also mentioned that the drive support cap was sticking out.Blood glucose level was 386 mg/dl at the time of the incident.Troubleshooting was provided.The customer was advised the insulin pump has to be replaced and revert to back-up plan per health care provider's instruction.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device passed displacement test.However, device alarmed compromised force sensor system alarm during basic occlusion test due to slightly loose drive support disc.
