Event Description
During replacement surgery, the new generator was connected to the old lead and high impedance greater than 10,000 ohms was seen.Generator diagnostics were performed with the new m105 and it was seen to be functioning properly.Pin re-insertion with the new generator and old lead was also attempted and did not resolve the issue.Lead replacement has not occurred to date.No additional or relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
The patient underwent a lead replacement due to high impedance.The explanted lead has not been received for analysis to date.
