(b)(4).A follow-up medwatch will be submitted when additional information becomes available.(b)(4).A field service technician was sent out for investigation on (b)(6) 2018 and ran pump for almost 1.5 hours with no stops.Technician adjusted the speed, changed the settings (cpl, free, etc.) and the pump kept running with no issues.Belts and pulleys were inspected with no errors found.The failure could not be reproduced.The technician also stated that the console of the hl20 displayed "em07" (failed +5v test) on startup prior to treatment, but the hospital used the console anyway for the surgery.This may have caused the pump stop.Since this pump is not under getinge care, no further information about the console is available.The failure could not be confirmed.According to service order #(b)(4) no errors were found and no parts were replaced.This complaint will be closed based upon the within oxando generated documentation of the service carried out.If further documentation will get available and adds further relevant information this complaint will be re-opened, documentation updated and further necessary actions will be carried out if applicable.The data is also being handled through a designated maquet cardiopulmonary trending and applicable investigation process.Due to this no further investigation initiations will be completed at this time.Since the reported failure did not contribute to a death or serious injury no corrective action is needed.In addition at this time it cannot be concluded that this is a systemic error.No corrective action is needed.
