Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a company representative regarding a patient who was receiving an unknown medication via an implantable pump.Indication for use was spinal pain.The date of the event was (b)(6) 2019.It was reported a pocket revision was done (b)(6) 2019 due to fluid buildup at the pump pocket area.The hcp was unable to telemetry the pump pre surgery.No further complications were reported.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a company representative.There was no device issue.The cause of the fluid build up was a possible infection vs seroma.The cause of not being able to telemetry the pump was due to the pump being flipped in the pocket.The fluid buildup at the pump pocket site has been resolved.The issue with not being able to telemetry the pump has been resolved.The whole system was explanted and will not be returned for analysis.The patient¿s weight at the time of the event was unknown.
