Event Description
It was reported by patient that is having hip pain ever since (b)(6) 2018.X-rays showed white ring moved down.In (b)(6) 2018 she had a revision surgery due to two prior dislocations.Patient thinks the dislocations happened with s&n devices.

It was reported that a patient suffered dislocation at sometime bearing r3 constrained liner.
