Event Description
|
Information was received from a consumer, manufacturing representative (rep), regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for dystonia and movement disorders.It was reported that they could not read either device with the recharger or clinician programmer.They said they had charged 2 weeks ago but the caller was not sure if that was the case.The caller said they would meet with the patient to clear the over-discharge.No patient symptoms were reported.No further complications were reported or anticipated with this event.

Additional information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp), via a manufacturing representative (rep), stating the overdischarges were cleared on both rc generators.A power on resent (por) message was seen on the patient's right generator.
