Event Description
|
According to the reporter, in the delivery room 10 min after the patient was born, the doctors detected that the patient's saturation was low (%60-80) and intubated to increase the saturation with ambu-a bag valve mask.It was reported that the device could not read correct pulse rate, the pulse rate was showing on the device but the doctor could not detect any.The customer indicated patient's death after all interventions done.The device is not suspected of causing patient death.
