Event Description
It was reported that the pump battery depleted quickly.In addition, it was reported fewer drops of insulin was observed to be exiting the tubing when a bolus was delivered.Customer's blood glucose level was approximately 300 mg/dl.Customer declined troubleshooting with tandem technical support.Customer continued to use the pump for insulin delivery.
