Event Description
Information was received from a manufacturing representative (rep) regarding an event with no patient involvement.It was reported that 2 error displays were encountered while communicating with the ins.Error display 1 occurred immediately after unpacking the product and indicated that invalid settings were detected and all settings would be cleared.After pressing "ok", operation became normal.Error display 2 indicated that although charging was 100% and there were 2 records remaining in the charging session history, the display of "charge sooner" occurred.The display disappeared after communication was performed again.A back-up ins was used however the issue was not considered resolved.No patient symptoms or further complications were reported as a result of this event.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
Analysis of the ins (b)(4) found no anomaly.Analysis information: the returned device was subjected to a series of standard tests that include but is not limited to visual inspection, output and telemetry testing, and functional testing.The returned device passed all testing in the laboratory and no anomalies were identified.If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.
