Event Description
The clip part on the back of the device snapped right out and my child thought it is a toy and swallowed it.Had to insert fingers in his mouth to get it out.Poor design, the small clip could get lodged in his neck and choke him if i did not reach on time.Fda safety report id# (b)(4).
