Event Description
Tubing removed because channel continued to alarm for "air in line".Once tubing removed, the alarm stopped.Trying to get bd to send us a return kit for all failed tubing.Manufacturer response for bd alaris pump infusion set, (brand not provided), (per site reporter).I have emailed bd customer service and waiting to hear back from them with a return kit for all of these defective tubing issues.
