Event Description
It was reported that a large bore stopcock with rotating male luer lock would not flow when connected to a non baxter device.It was further reported that after all the parts and pieces were connected the tubing could not be flushed/primed.This issue occurred during an unspecified process step.There was no report of patient injury or medical intervention associated with this event.No additional information is available.
