Event Description
Last night, my daughter was burnt from heat of the malem alarm.She was sleeping and alarm overheated and hurt her.She is devastated and i am extremely afraid to use this product.It has scared us completely.The alarm has left big scars on her skin near her neck.Dr has told us to stop using the malem alarm and report this incident to fda.Fda safety report id# (b)(4).
