Event Description
It was reported that the ins was no longer fixed in the pocket and was able to be moved up and down approximately 2 cm.When it was moved down, they felt a slight tingling/burning sensation.Diagnostics performed were turning stimulation off to confirm that the tingling was dependent on stimulation. An impedance check was also performed in various ins positions, however they did not show any variations. The patient decided to continue to use the device as usual as the sensation was acceptable for them. The issue was considered resolved at the time of the report. It was also noted there were high, out of range impedances on the patient's right side for contact 11.

Event Description
It was clarified that the shocking sensation was in fact a burning/tingling sensation.
