Event Description
It was reported the patient could not seem to charge the implantable neurostimulator (ins).They stated they have zero coupling boxes.They were just implanted on monday and still have a bandage on.Patient services reviewed information.Before the end of the call, the patient stated they now have 2 coupling boxes and the ins was charged to 75 percent.No patient symptoms were reported.

Event Description
Additional information received from the consumer reported the circumstances that led to the zero coupling boxes was a bandage being present and the consumer still healing.After the consumer took time to heal the issue was resolved.No patient symptoms or further complications were anticipated.
