Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced an implant of an artificial urinary sphincter(aus) device due to unspecified reasons.The patient previously had an ams sling device implanted.A patient outcome was not reported.Additional information received that the patient was not totally satisfied with the sling results nd went from 1l to 400ml of pad weight.The sling was not faulty but the patient wanted a better result.The patient outcome from the event was good.
