How do you LOOK after the security of the products and ingredients in your facility?
- Limit access and inspect facilities
To the extent possible, you should limit access to facilities such as storage and handling facilities, vessels, and vehicles, as well as access to controls for airflow, water, electricity, and refrigeration. It is also a good practice to conduct random inspections on these facilities.
