Alert: Assure

You are the manager of a large manufacturing plant.  Incoming materials are delivered throughout the day and a small warehouse staff typically supervises and helps offload the materials.  When late afternoon deliveries arrive, there is often no one in the warehouse to supervise the offloading of the shipment.  You feel fairly confident about the suppliers you work with but new products are being added all the time which means new and different materials being delivered.

Think about this situation and the risks involved in not having all deliveries supervised.  What actions can you take to safeguard your facility and your food supplies?
