Here’s an activity that will get you to think about the human element in your facility.  Read the following scenario and think about the actions you would take.

As the owner and operator of a dairy farm, you receive several requests a week for public tours, visits and educational field trips.  Your farm has always maintained a friendly, open door policy that welcomes its neighbors to visit and learn about the milk producing process.  Recent headlines as well as the new Bioterrorism Act have forced you to rethink your open door policy.
