Event or Problem Description
On (b)(6) 2026, this patient underwent endovascular treatment for an abdominal aortic aneurysm.A gore® dryseal flex introducer sheath was used for access.While introducing the device, a perforation occurred in the left external iliac artery.A stent graft was placed to treat the perforation.The patient tolerated the procedure.It was reported that resistance was felt during insertion.
