It was reported to medtronic minimed that the customer experienced a high blood glucose (bg) event that resulted in diabetic ketoacidosis (dka), requiring hospitalization and a stay in the icu.The customer reported a high blood glucose value of 600 mg/dl.The event involved product(s) mmt-342g, unomedical, mmt-1884l.Troubleshooting was declined by the customer.The customer was not using the pump during this time due to a lack of pump supplies and there is no mention of the auto mode feature at the time of the event.No further patient complications were reported.No product return is required for mmt-342g, unomedical, mmt-1884l.
