Event Description
Medtronic received information that during use, the customer reported the curved tip arterial cannula fissured (split) when cannulating the ascending aorta.The product was replaced to complete the case.The patient had a significant blood loss.The patient status was: alive - no injury.Unable to confirm the extent of blood loss and if a transfusion was required.
