Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced chest tightness and fullness, dizziness and shortness of breath upon exertion.It was the noted the implantable pulse generator (ipg) reached normal elective replacement indicator (eri).The implantable pulse generator (ipg) was explanted and replaced.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
