Event Description
Patient has a medical history of renal insufficiency.During the index procedure one inpact av access device was used to treat the anastomosis of the right arm.Approximately 4 months later the patient suffered avf stenosis treated with medication and revascularization of the anastomosis using a non-medtronic pta balloon.The patient recovered.The investigator assessed the event as not related to the device or the procedure.The sponsor assessed the event as not related to the device, paclitaxel or the procedure.
