The report of the autopulse platform (sn (b)(4)) with a blank lcd screen at power on was not confirmed during functional testing and visual inspection.The platform performed as intended.No device malfunction was observed during the testing.During the visual inspection, a crack was observed on the top cover of the platform.The root cause of the observed damage was likely a characteristic of mishandling.The top cover needs to be replaced to address the damage.During the functional testing, no issues were observed, unable to duplicate the customer reported complaint.As a precautionary measure, the processor board and lcd will be replaced to address the reported complaint.During the archive data review, no significant discrepancy was identified.After replacing the processor board and lcd, the autopulse platform was subjected to the run-in test using the 95% patient large resuscitation test fixture (lrtf) with good known test batteries until discharged without any fault or error.Also, the platform was powered on and off multiple times without any issues.The autopulse platform passed the final testing without any fault or error.
