Event Description
The reporter indicated that the surgeon implanted a 12.6mm vticmo12.6 implantable collamer lens, -8.5/+1.0/098 (sphere/cylinder/axis) into the patient's left eye (os) on (b)(6) 2020.On (b)(6) 2020 the lens was exchanged with a longer lens due to low vault.The problem was resolved.The cause of the event is reported as unknown.
