The results of the investigation are inconclusive since the device was not returned for analysis.In addition, no log files were received.Review of the device history record was not possible as the lot number is unknown.Based on the information received, the cause of the reported incident could not be conclusively determined.

Event Description
|
During an ablation procedure, the patient experienced a transient ischemic attack (tia).At the time there was no inconclusive finding on intracardiac echocardiogram, but the patient was immediately woken up.The patient responded in an appropriate manner without concern.No intervention was required but the case was stopped.There were no performance issues with any abbott device.
