Event Description
It was reported that alerts were triggered for high/undefined rv defib impedance and high/undefined pacing impedance for the right ventricular (rv) lead.The rv lead was explanted and replaced.Additionally, it was reported that the patient heard a tone from their device.A review of the interrogation report indicated there have been no new alerts triggered.Electromagnetic interference was suspected.The implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
